Dan and Luke at Hohm have been brilliant from start to finish. We asked them to install a heat pump for us and I was delighted with it. During design phase, Dan was clearly very knowledgeable and took time to talk through the process and the reasons behind his decisions. He was very accommodating of my needs (e.g. I wanted specific radiator styles) and was swift at turning round a quote. Come install, they worked really efficiently, didn't leave any mess and talked me through the system once it was built.

They also worked well alongside our other builders and seemed to go above and beyond for us. For example, to minimise the time my young family had without hot water they installed a temporary immersion heater. I also have to acknowledge how good they were with my kids who could have been perceived as getting in the way, but both Dan and Luke were great with them, talking to them about what they were doing and having fun. Shout out to Luke from my daughter who still talks about him all they time!

Then the performance. For my system, (5kW hest pump in 4 bed detached house) my efficiency in the first month has been 520%. Excellent outcome and and warm house 24/7.

Aftercare: perhaps one of the parts I appreciate the most, Dan's willingness to keep an eye on my system performance and help me to refine the settings to make sure it works for me. In the first 2 weeks, he was picking up issues before I had even noticed them and suggested how to change the settings.

Overall - incredible from start to finish and would fully recommend Hohm to anyone wanting a heat pump.

Dan and his team worked tirelessly to put right what Liquid & Gas Ltd got wrong. Despite it being a Friday, and having to turn off the boiler as the previous company had left it unsafe, his team found the part and worked into the evening to ensure the occupants did not have to go a whole weekend without heat and hot water. They did not take advantage, and charged a fair price. An excellent service around.
