They also worked well alongside our other builders and seemed to go above and beyond for us. For example, to minimise the time my young family had without hot water they installed a temporary immersion heater. I also have to acknowledge how good they were with my kids who could have been perceived as getting in the way, but both Dan and Luke were great with them, talking to them about what they were doing and having fun.
